Seminar 'Touch Peace' on tuesday 11 December
On 11 December Upact organizes the 'Touch Peace' seminar at Europe House in the Hague. The seminar focuses on the opportunities of using 'online tools for active global and European citizenship'.
A theme that spurred us to aim for an original approach: during the seminar a team of campaign experts guides participants in developing a new campaign for 'peace'. Learning by doing.
You gain knowledge and acquire skills in using online tools for active citizenship. Meanwhile you provide us with new input and ideas to strengthen one of our campaigns for next year. It is no traditional seminar, we actually want you to be involved. To 'touch' peace. And to be as much online as possible during the seminar itself.
The expert team consists of campaign and communications professionals from very diverse backgrounds. Amongst which are Monique Messelink (Communications Manager ASN Bank), Margot Gerené (Director of Communications and Fundraising dance4life), Jasper Ceelen (Interactive Producer Rhinofly), Matilda Flemming (International Secretariat and Outreach Coordinator UNOY), Mark Snijder (Youth in Action Netherlands), Upact-staff and Bregtje Cals (Campaign Coordinator Lush Nederland).
